Thank you for choosing Her Milk and Honey — a faith-rooted brand creating custom, made-to-order apparel and lifestyle pieces. We work with global fulfillment partners to bring your order to life with care and quality.

 

Below is everything you need to know about how your items are processed, shipped, and tracked.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 5–7 business days. Our products are made to order via trusted production partners through Printify. This processing timeframe includes order confirmation, production, and packaging.

 

Once your item has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Locations & Fulfillment

We proudly ship worldwide. Depending on your location, your order may be printed and shipped from Australia, the U.S., Europe, or other global facilities.

 

Because of this, items in your order may ship separately if they are fulfilled at different locations. This helps us maintain efficient turnaround times.

Estimated Delivery Times

These are average shipping times after processing:

  • Australia: 5–15 business days

  • New Zealand & Pacific Islands: 7–18 business days

  • United States & Canada: 7–18 business days

  • UK & Europe: 10–21 business days

  • Rest of the World: 10–25 business days

 

Please note these are estimated delivery windows and can vary due to customs delays, local postal disruptions, or high-demand periods.

Shipping Costs

Standard shipping is already included in all product prices. The price you see is the price you pay — no additional shipping fees will be added at checkout.

 

We may occasionally offer free express shipping upgrades or seasonal promotions, which will be clearly marked on our website.

Tracking Your Order

When your order is fulfilled and dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and courier information. Please allow 48–72 hours for tracking details to update after dispatch.

Multiple Shipments

Your order may arrive in multiple packages if it contains items produced at different fulfilment locations. Each package will have its own tracking number.

 

This is normal for made-to-order products and does not affect your shipping costs.

Lost, Delayed, or Returned Packages

If your order is delayed beyond the standard timeframe, or marked as delivered but not received, please notify us as soon as possible. We will help you contact the courier and offer support to locate your item.

Please note:

  • We are not responsible for orders returned due to incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.

  • We are unable to reship items returned to sender without an additional shipping fee.

  • We do not ship to PO Boxes in certain countries (some fulfillment locations restrict this). Please use a physical address when possible.
