Refund & Replacement Policy

A legal disclaimer

At Her Milk and Honey, every item is custom-made just for you through our trusted print-on-demand partner, Printify. Because of this, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases.

 

However, if something arrives damaged or with a clear manufacturing defect, we will gladly submit a request for a free reprint or refund on your behalf.

You are eligible for a replacement or refund if:

  • The item arrives damaged

  • There is a manufacturing error

  • The item delivered is not what you ordered (wrong design, size, or colour sent)

 

To qualify, you must notify us within 30 days of delivery. Please email us with the following:

Include:

  1. Your order number

  2. Clear photos showing the issue (must be unaltered and well-lit)

  3. A brief description of the problem

 

Note: If multiple items with the same design are affected, you’ll need to send a photo showing all items together in one image.

 

We’ll review your request and submit it to Printify through their internal claims system. Once approved, a free replacement will be sent or a refund will be credited to our store (and then returned to your original payment method, if applicable).

What Is Not Eligible for Refund or Replacement

Because all of our items are made-to-order, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for the following:

  • Wrong size or colour ordered by customer

  • Change of mind after placing an order

  • Shipping delays caused by couriers or customs

  • Print placement tolerance within 0.5 inches (standard for DTG printing)

  • Minor colour variations due to different screen calibrations

  • Incorrect shipping address provided at checkout

 

Please be sure to double-check your order before submitting, especially for sizing and shipping details.

Failed Delivery or Return-to-Sender

If your order is returned due to an address error, or marked as undeliverable:

  • You may request a reprint (additional shipping charges will apply), or

  • Request a partial refund (excluding the original shipping fee)

 

We do not accept physical returns or exchanges. There is no need to send the product back to us or Printify.

How Refunds Are Handled

Refunds are first issued by Printify to our Her Milk and Honey account. We will then refund you through your original payment method.

 

Please note: If your original payment was made in a currency other than USD, the refund may be returned directly to your payment source instead.

Our Promise

We are a small, faith-inspired brand that values your trust. While we can’t control every courier hiccup or manufacturing error, we promise to advocate on your behalf and resolve issues as fairly and gracefully as possible.
